It works with glb files and it was developed and tested on a Mac. Tell me how are you using it (it doesn't auto-activate, you need to call an action to start ragdoll) and do you get anything in the error console (test it with debugger)? It should provide some info in the debugger when something goes wrong.

Idk how to check the console unless you mean the javascript in Ragdoll3D.
Just start preview and debugger and look at it after calling the action to start the ragdoll.
