Fixed two issues:

• ghosts not speeding up - they will now progressively speed up on each level
• power-up doesn't affect fleeing ghosts - it will apply to fleeing ghosts now as well

I've removed my and friend's scores that were over 100k pts and barely made 80k pts with these fixes. Let's see what's the highest score you can make 😉
